📦 Scope of Application

• Applicable to all orders under 10 kg, a flat rate of kr 210
• For special packaging or orders over 10 kg, insurance fees will be quoted separately; please message us for an inquiry

💰 Compensation Details

• Maximum compensation amount: €450
• Compensation is handled by the shipping carrier; Maza Shop assists in submitting claims but is not responsible for compensation.
• If the package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide photo evidence.

❌ Exclusions

• Used items are not eligible for cargo insurance.
• Insurance terms for some high-value or special items are quoted separately, including but not limited to: watches, artwork, antiques, jewelry, perfumes, fragile items.
• If insurance is required for the above items, please message us for an inquiry and separate assessment.

⚠️ Important Notice

• Shipping fees themselves do not include insurance; this product must be purchased separately.
• Insurance claims are handled by the shipping carrier according to their terms; Maza Shop is not responsible for losses during transit.
• Maza Shop is not responsible for the following situations: force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.), customs detention, incorrect buyer address.
• Insurance purchases are non-refundable.
• If the entire order is returned, the insurance fee is non-refundable; only the product amount will be refunded.

• The insurance claim process, compensation scope, and terms are subject to the regulations of the shipping carrier.
• Maza Shop reserves the right to final interpretation; in case of dispute, the written regulations of the shipping carrier shall prevail.
