Thank you for shopping at Maza Shop. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order; submitting your order indicates that you have read and agree to its contents.

Import regulations vary from country to country. Please confirm the relevant regulations of your destination country before placing your order. If you have any questions, please consult the local authorities.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. The modified policy will be updated on this page without further individual notice. Continuing to use our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

I. Processing Time

After your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and preparation. You will be notified of the logistics information via email after shipment. Some items may require a longer preparation time due to restocking or supplier factors. You will be notified separately of any delays. Each order is processed and shipped independently; requests to combine multiple orders for shipment cannot be accepted.

Flash Sale, OUTLET Special Offer, and Group Buy Pre-order Items

Due to the special nature of these items, the standard 3-5 business day processing time does not apply. The explanations are as follows:

Flash Sale and OUTLET Special Offer items will be processed and shipped collectively after the order deadline. The actual shipping date will be notified separately via email.

Group Buy Pre-order items will be processed and shipped collectively after the pre-order deadline. The actual shipping date will be notified separately via email.

If you order general merchandise at the same time, it may be shipped later due to the shipping schedule of the aforementioned items.

II. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

We can ship to many countries and regions in North America, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. The general delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as customs inspection, cargo volume, weather, holidays, and carrier availability. If delays are caused by these uncontrollable factors, the responsibility lies with the carrier, and we will not be held liable.

III. Shipping Fee

Generally: Shipping fees for most items are calculated based on the weight indicated on the product page. The calculation method is based on the heavier of the actual weight and volumetric weight.

⚠️Volume Weight Explanation: Our shipping costs are calculated based on both the actual weight and volumetric weight, with the heavier one taking precedence. Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000.

If the volumetric weight of your item exceeds its actual weight, the shipping fee will be charged according to the volumetric weight range. For example, if the actual weight of the item is 1kg, but the volumetric weight is calculated as 3kg, the shipping fee will be charged according to the 3kg range.

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is calculated based on the actual weight of the item. If the package's volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, or the package size exceeds standard specifications, the actual shipping fee may be higher than the amount displayed at checkout. We will notify you of the difference in shipping costs via email before shipment. Please complete payment within two business days; orders exceeding this period will be temporarily suspended.

For bulky items, please message us before placing your order to inquire about approximate shipping costs. We will reply as soon as possible so you can place your order with peace of mind.

📦 For packages exceeding 10kg, shipping costs must be confirmed via private message. Please do not place an order directly for these packages.

Special Circumstances: For some bulky or difficult-to-estimate weight items, actual shipping costs may vary depending on volumetric calculations. If additional shipping costs are required, we will notify you via email before shipment. We will arrange shipment after confirming payment. If the buyer does not pay the difference, the order will be temporarily suspended.

Return shipping costs: Original shipping costs have already been used for product shipment and are non-refundable; they will be deducted from the refund amount. Generally, return shipping costs (including but not limited to situations where the buyer changes their mind, dislikes the product, or orders incorrectly) are the buyer's responsibility.

Return shipping costs will be borne by our store only if all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

The product has a manufacturing defect (not caused by the buyer's use, disassembly, or human damage).

The defect is evidenced by a complete unpacking video provided by the buyer.

After review by our store, it is confirmed that the product does not match our pre-shipment inspection records.

Our store formally confirms acceptance of the return request in writing (email).

All four conditions above must be met simultaneously; none can be omitted. The buyer may not unilaterally determine that the product is defective; all judgments are based on our store's review results. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt; otherwise, our store reserves the right to refuse acceptance. Returned items must be brand new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all original labels and accessories. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct corresponding fees based on actual damage. Items must be returned in their original, intact packaging. If damaged during transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

We recommend that buyers record the entire unpacking process upon receipt to protect the rights of both parties.

⚠️Special Notes on Purchasing Services and Group Purchase/Pre-order Products

The above return shipping fee reimbursement policy does not apply to orders of the following nature; we will not be responsible for return shipping costs:

Purchased goods entrusted to us by the buyer

Group purchase/pre-order products placed in the form of group purchases or pre-orders

Personalized custom-made goods that have been specially ordered or procured according to the buyer's specified specifications, quantity, or requirements

Due to the special nature of the above-mentioned products, we procure them according to the buyer's explicit entrustment or pre-order instructions. Once the goods are shipped, unless it can be proven that there are manufacturing defects that meet our store's inspection standards, we will not accept any form of return request, nor will we bear any return shipping costs. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the above return policy for pre-ordered and group-purchased goods.

Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply to remote areas in various countries, which must be borne by the buyer. Please do not place an order if there is no normal logistics and delivery service in your location.

Part Three: Packaging Instructions

♻️ In line with environmental protection principles, some orders may be packaged using cleaned and recycled packaging materials (second-hand outer boxes or filler materials). All packaging materials are confirmed by our store to be clean and intact before use and will not affect the quality and safety of the product itself.

IV. Customs and Import Duties

Customs policies vary by country. Customs duties, import duties, and clearance fees are all borne by the buyer. Our store does not advance any related fees. Special reminder: Import regulations for health supplements, food, etc., vary by country. Buyers should confirm local regulations before placing an order.

If the package is detained, returned, or destroyed by customs due to the buyer's failure to confirm the import regulations of the destination country, the buyer will bear all related losses and responsibilities. Our store will not be held liable.

If a package is returned, destroyed, or undeliverable due to the buyer's refusal to pay, failure to pay, or overdue payment of local customs duties, import taxes, or any customs clearance fees, we will not accept return requests and will not provide any refunds. If a package is returned to us for the above reasons, the buyer shall bear all additional return shipping costs and related processing fees, and we reserve the right to pursue the buyer for these costs.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to bear all import-related costs, legal responsibilities, and risks in the destination country.

V. Partial Shipment & Out-of-Stock Handling

Some items may be delayed or shipped in batches due to supply arrangements. In case of stock shortage, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and provide the following handling options depending on the situation:

Delayed shipment (to be shipped together with the restocked item)
Resend another equivalent item (with buyer's consent)
Cancel the out-of-stock item and refund the original purchase price (excluding incurred shipping fees)

VI. Package Tracking & Delivery

After shipment, we will provide a tracking number or tracking information (if applicable) depending on the logistics method. Some logistics methods do not offer real-time online tracking. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will provide proof of shipment as evidence.

Once the logistics system shows the package status as "delivered," delivery is considered complete. Our store is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after this point; the buyer bears all related risks.

If the logistics system shows delivery but the buyer claims not to have received the package, our store will provide shipping records and logistics proof, and we recommend that the buyer report the incident to the local logistics company or police. Our store will not be liable for compensation in this case. If you have any questions about the delivery result, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status being displayed. We will provide shipping records for your reference.

If the buyer refuses to accept the package without a valid reason, resulting in its return, all round-trip shipping and processing costs will be borne by the buyer. No refunds will be given for orders already shipped.

Please ensure that the delivery address, name, and postal code are entered correctly. No address changes will be accepted after the order is placed. If you need to change the delivery address, please cancel the order and place a new one. The buyer will be solely responsible for any losses caused by incorrect address information; the store will not be liable for any compensation. After the package is handed over to the logistics company, the carrier will be responsible for subsequent delivery.

It is recommended that the buyer record the entire unpacking process upon receipt to protect the rights of both parties.

VII. Delays, Losses, and Force Majeure

Our store will not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the following force majeure events:

Natural disasters (typhoons, blizzards, earthquakes, etc.)

War, unrest

Pandemics, government regulations

Customs delays

Logistics strikes or system malfunctions

Any losses caused by the above situations shall be the sole responsibility of the carrier or the force majeure event itself; our store shall not be liable. If you receive a notification of a logistics anomaly, please contact us within 2 days. We will assist in providing relevant shipping records; claims after this period will not be accepted.

The images on the product page are for reference only. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen display settings and this does not constitute a reason for return. All images are for product display purposes only. The copyrights and trademarks related to the product page images and brand logos belong to their respective copyright holders or brand owners.
