General Item Return Conditions: Generally, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
You may request a reshipment or refund in the following situations:
The received goods do not match the order items (wrong shipment).
Damage during shipping that renders the product unusable due to functional impairment or quality issues.

Minor bumps or scratches during shipping that do not affect the product's normal use or quality.
Damage caused by human error, improper use, or improper storage.

You claim not to have received the goods after receiving the package, but the logistics information shows successful delivery. We use the logistics company's tracking records as the basis for delivery confirmation; delivery is considered fulfilled.
Refusing to accept or requesting a refund based on reasons such as "I didn't know it would be so expensive" or "the customs duties are too high"
Duplicate return requests from the same customer constitute abuse of the return policy
Returned items are missing original accessories, instructions, gifts, or packaging
Special offer, clearance, or promotional items (clearly marked as non-refundable before purchase)
Application Requirements (all are mandatory):
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Late requests will not be accepted.
A complete unpacking video is required (please record continuously from the unopened state of the item; do not edit or interrupt the video for review purposes).
Clearly explain the reason for the return and provide relevant photographic evidence.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned items must retain their original packaging, accessories, labels, instructions, and gifts.
After receiving and approving the returned items, we will process your return within 14 days. We will process reshipments or refunds within 1 day.
Refund amounts do not include original shipping costs or any handling fees.
We reserve the right to refuse ineligible return requests.
To maintain fair transactions and protect the rights of both parties, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against any suspected malicious returns or false applications.
Refund Methods:
Electronic Gift Card: Sent to your registered email address and can be used as a discount on any purchase in our store.
Refund to Original Payment Method: Refund will be returned to the original payment account.
Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us via email first.
Please do not return items without prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
After confirming your return request, we will provide a return address and relevant instructions.
If the buyer bypasses our store and directly initiates a chargeback with the bank, we will submit complete transaction records, proof of shipment, and relevant documents to defend ourselves and reserve the right to pursue related administrative fees from the buyer.
