Add shipping insurance to protect your package during transit and shop with peace of mind.

Scope of Application

Applicable to all orders under 10 kg, uniform KR 210.

For orders with special packaging or exceeding 10 kg, insurance fees are calculated separately; please inquire privately.

Compensation Information

Maximum compensation amount: Approximately 450 Euros (actual amount subject to the shipping company's announcement at the time; subject to change without notice).

Compensation is handled by the shipping company. Maza Shop assists in submitting claims but does not assume liability for compensation.

In case of lost or damaged package, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence.

Not Applicable

Second-hand goods are not eligible for cargo insurance. Insurance for certain high-value or special-nature items is calculated separately, including but not limited to: watches, artwork, antiques, jewelry, perfumes, fragile items, etc.

For insurance of the above items, please inquire privately for a quote and separate assessment.

Insurance claims are handled by the shipping company according to its terms and conditions; Maza Shop is not responsible for losses during the shipping process.

No refunds will be given after insurance is added to your cart.

If the entire order is returned, the insurance fee will not be refunded; only the price of the goods will be refunded.

Other details: The insurance claim process, scope of compensation, and conditions are subject to the regulations of the shipping company.
