Contains astaxanthin, a substance derived from algae, as well as antioxidant vitamins C and E. Astaxanthin is produced from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis grown in Sweden. This algae is cultivated at AstaReal's facility in the Stockholm archipelago. Vitamins C and E protect human cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also helps maintain the normal function of the immune system and helps reduce fatigue.
