Shipping Method and Time
Some items in our store are sold through group purchase/pre-order models. Orders are consolidated and then shipped together. If you need the item urgently, please do not place an order.

All items are shipped at room temperature.

If an item is out of stock, the shipping time may be delayed, which will be explained in the shipping notification. We will notify you of the logistics information via email after shipment; please wait patiently.

In line with Nordic sustainability principles, a paper shipping invoice will not be included in the package. Order information will be automatically sent via email. If you require a printed copy, please print it yourself or download it from the order page. Thank you for your cooperation.
