Placing and Confirming Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be canceled. For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel the order yourself and place a new one. Once an order is placed, the shipping address is considered confirmed and no address change requests will be accepted.

Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a package is lost or damaged after being handed over to the carrier, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist by providing relevant documents.
