🎁 Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can only be used for checkout at this Maza Shop online store, are not applicable to other platforms, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

⚠️ By purchasing a gift card, the buyer declares that the person placing the order is the legal holder or authorized user of the payment account, and that this purchase is a voluntary and legal transaction, and is willing to bear all related legal and financial responsibilities.

⚠️ Newly registered accounts cannot order gift cards. (Please do not place an order)

How to Purchase

Gift cards must be paid for in advance. After payment is completed, you will receive a unique gift card code. You must log in to your member account to purchase.

🚫 No discount codes can be applied when purchasing gift cards.

Purchase Restrictions

The store reserves the right to manually review the following situations. Shipping times may be delayed during the review period, and the store will notify you separately:

• Gift card orders with a large single amount
• Multiple gift card orders within a short period (regardless of the single amount)
• Any order deemed abnormal by the store

⚠️ New Account Restrictions
Gift card orders from newly registered accounts will be canceled directly, and the full amount paid will be refunded, without further explanation.

The review results are at the sole discretion of the store. The store reserves the right to reject any unqualified orders without further explanation. If an order is rejected, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Scope of Use

• Can only be used for checkout at this Maza Shop online store, not applicable to other platforms
• 🚫 Cannot be used to purchase another gift card
• 🚫 Not applicable to subsequent recurring deductions for subscription products

Balance and Validity Period

• The balance can be used multiple times. The system automatically records the remaining amount, which will be retained for future use after consumption.
• Even if there is a remaining balance, it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• The validity period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Any expired balance cannot be used and will not be extended.

Payment Method

• Can pay the full or partial amount of the order. Any remaining amount can be supplemented with other payment methods.
• Multiple gift cards can be used simultaneously at checkout.
• ✅ When spending with a gift card, it can be used in conjunction with a discount code.

Notes

• 🚫 Cannot be used to purchase another gift card
• Gift card codes are equivalent to cash. Please keep them safe. The store is not responsible for loss, theft, or use by others, and will not reissue them.

• 🚫 Newly registered members cannot purchase gift cards. Only members who are already registered and have successfully received a physical product order can purchase them.

• 🚫 Resale or profiting from gift cards in any form is prohibited. Maza Shop reserves the right to cancel violating codes.
• Maza Shop reserves the right to modify the terms of gift cards at any time without prior notice.
